We wanted you to be the first to know that Westfield Storm Water Billing has a new online payment provider. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.

The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, stored payment info, email notifications, and many more.

You will be directed to the new website when you log onto Westfield’s website at www.westfield.in.gov or you can access Xpress Bill Pay at https://xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=westfield111147.

New and existing customers will need to visit the XBP site to establish a new online account and opt in for paperless billing. New stormwater customers will set up Auto Pay here as well. Existing stormwater customers with Auto Pay in place are not required to resubmit.
